Questions
How long does it take to build an e-commerce website, and what does it cost?
Time and price depend on your product structure, payment and shipping options, the systems to connect and the design scope. A focused first version usually takes 3–6 weeks and a full store with ERP and marketplace connections 2–4 months; we quote a fixed project price once the scope is clear, and you can describe what you need step by step in our project planner.
Should we use Shopify or build a custom e-commerce site?
For a new business selling standard products, a ready-made platform is usually the faster and cheaper start, and if that is your case we will say so. Custom or headless pays off when you need your own pricing rules, deep ERP integration or an unusual buying flow; in return, you also need to plan for its hosting and maintenance.
Can you migrate our store from another platform?
Yes. We move products, customers and orders from platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax or IdeaSoft, and redirect every old URL with a 301 to protect as much of your search traffic as possible. Most platforms don't export customer passwords, so we also plan a set-your-password email to customers at launch.
Can orders flow to our ERP automatically, and how are invoices issued?
Yes. Stock and prices sync from your ERP, such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP, and confirmed orders post back to it. If the buyer is registered for e-Fatura the invoice goes out as an e-Fatura, otherwise as an e-Arşiv invoice, automatically through your e-invoice integrator or your ERP.
What legal pages does an online store in Turkey need?
Typically a pre-information form, a distance-sales contract, a KVKK privacy notice, a cookie policy, seller details, and information on the right of withdrawal, returns and delivery; if you send marketing emails or SMS, you also need recipients' consent for commercial messages. We build these pages and the consent steps at checkout; the wording should come from your legal adviser, and the business also needs to register with ETBİS, Turkey's e-commerce registry.
Should we use a bank virtual POS or a payment provider like iyzico or PayTR?
With payment providers, sign-up is usually quicker and instalments on cards from different banks come with a single integration. With your bank's virtual POS, commission and payout timing are agreed directly with the bank, which can matter more as your sales grow. You can also use both, and we help you choose based on your sales volume and banking relationships.
