Custom Software Development
We build custom software for processes that still run on spreadsheets, email and manual re-entry: internal tools, approval workflows, portals and reporting. It works on web and mobile and connects to your ERP and the other systems you already use.

Questions
Why build custom software instead of buying an off-the-shelf tool?
If an off-the-shelf product covers what you need, it is usually the faster and cheaper start, and we will say so in the discovery call. If no package fits your industry, or your team has started patching the gaps with side spreadsheets and manual work, custom software becomes the more efficient route.
How long does custom software development take, and how is it priced?
It depends on scope: a first version covering one process typically takes 3–6 weeks, while systems with several modules and integrations can take 2–4 months. We work on a fixed project price or a monthly retainer and share a transparent quote after a discovery call; you can also map out your needs in our project planner first.
How does a custom software project run?
We start with discovery: we look at your processes, users and existing systems and write down the scope. After walking you through clickable prototypes, we build in two-week sprints with a testable version at the end of each one, and after launch we carry on with monthly support packages.
Will the new software work with our ERP and accounting system?
Yes. We exchange data with ERPs such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis and SAP, with your e-commerce platform and with other systems that offer an API, so nobody has to enter the same information twice.
Can you move our data over from Excel?
Yes. We clean and match the customer, product, order and other records in your spreadsheets and import them into the new system. If needed, we plan a transition period in which the old and new set-ups run side by side.
What kind of software have you built before?
We built our own products BernSFA (field sales, mobile ordering, collections and ERP integration) and BernCRM, the SEYR 3D, AR and VR platforms, and quote and rental platforms. We have also published 57+ mobile apps on the App Store.
