API Development and Integration

We cover both sides of API development and integration: connecting your software to payment gateways, carriers, SMS, email, WhatsApp and maps, and building documented, versioned APIs for your product, with every call logged and failed ones retried.

Integrated projects

What's included

API Development for Your Product

REST or GraphQL APIs for your web and mobile apps, dealers or customers, with OpenAPI or GraphQL schema documentation, versioning, and access through OAuth 2.0 or API keys.

Payment Gateway Integration

3D Secure payments, instalments and refunds through iyzico, PayTR or your bank's virtual POS, and Stripe if you sell through a company abroad; card details go into the provider's form and never touch your servers.

Shipping, SMS and Email

Shipments, labels and tracking through carrier APIs; verification codes and notifications through SMS and email providers, with consent checks against İYS, Turkey's registry for commercial messages.

WhatsApp, Maps and CRM Connections

Template messages and customer conversations on the WhatsApp Business Platform, map and location services such as Google Maps, and data exchange with the CRM or ERP you use.

Webhooks and Event-Driven Flows

Webhooks that pass a change in one system to the others straight away, with signature verification and idempotent handling so a repeated delivery is not processed twice.

Queues, Retries and Alerts

Queues that absorb traffic spikes, retries with exponential backoff, respect for each provider's rate limits, and alerts to your team when an error persists.

Questions

What is API integration?

It means two pieces of software exchanging data through an API. For example, an order passes from your site to the carrier, or a payment result comes back from the gateway into your system, with no manual copying and every step on record.

What do I need for payment gateway integration in Turkey?

First you need a merchant agreement with your bank or a contract with a payment institution such as iyzico or PayTR; the live API keys come with it. We build the 3D Secure payment flow, refunds and cancellations, and the step that marks the order as paid; because card details are entered on the provider's form, your PCI DSS obligations are reduced too.

How long does an API integration take and what does it cost?

It depends on how many services are involved, how well they are documented and whether they offer a test environment; a single payment or shipping connection takes far less time than a multi-step flow that also involves your ERP. Once the scope is clear we give you a transparent quote and a clear timeline; you can outline your needs step by step in our project planner.

Why a custom integration instead of Zapier or Make?

For a handful of simple flows, tools such as Zapier or Make can be enough, and if that is your case we will say so. For critical flows such as payments, orders and stock, duplicate protection, complex data mapping, subscription costs that grow with volume and where your data is processed start to matter, and a code-based integration leaves all of these under your control.

Can you integrate with a system that has no API?

Often, yes. If the system offers file exports (CSV, XML), a readable database view or an older web service such as SOAP, we build a clean API layer on top of it. For Logo, Mikro and Netsis, see our ERP integration page; for SAP, see our SAP integration page.

What happens if a provider goes down or changes its API?

Failed requests wait in a queue and are retried, and idempotency keys and duplicate checks stop the same order from being created twice. When a provider updates its API or retires an old version, we adapt the connection to the new version under a monthly support package after launch.
