Marketplace Integration
We build marketplace integrations that connect your Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, n11 and Çiçeksepeti stores to one panel through their official seller APIs. Stock and prices come from one source, and orders reach your ERP and are invoiced.

What's included
Listings and Catalogue Matching
Products are prepared once and mapped to each marketplace's categories, brands and attributes; items already in its catalogue are matched to the existing listing, and new ones are uploaded in bulk.
Stock and Prices Across Channels
Stock flows to every channel from one source, such as your ERP, with an optional safety buffer per channel, and price rules account for each channel's commission and promotions.
Orders, Shipping and Returns
Orders from every marketplace land in one list, and shipping labels, tracking numbers, returns and cancellations are handled from the same panel.
E-Invoices for Marketplace Orders
Invoices are issued as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv documents through your ERP or directly through your e-invoice integrator, then passed to the order in the way each marketplace supports.
ERP, Accounting and Payouts
Orders are posted to Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP as orders or invoices, and where a marketplace's API provides the data, commissions and payouts are reconciled with your books.
One Panel and Reporting
Orders from every channel, stock alerts, failed transfers and per-channel sales reports on one screen.
Questions
Which marketplaces do you integrate with?
Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, n11 and Çiçeksepeti, each through its official seller API and with your own store account's API credentials. Any other marketplace with a seller API, or your own online store, can be added to the same panel.
Should we use a ready-made integration tool or a custom integration?
Ready-made tools set up quickly, usually run on a monthly subscription and are often enough for standard flows. If your channel pricing, warehouse process or ERP setup doesn't fit the tool, a custom integration is the better choice; sometimes the right answer is to keep the tool and build only the missing ERP or warehouse connection.
What do we need for a Trendyol integration?
On the technical side, the integration details in your Trendyol seller panel: your seller ID, API key and API secret. On the product side, every variant needs its own barcode. We handle category and attribute mapping, the transfer of your existing products and testing of the order flow together with your team.
Do marketplace orders need an e-Fatura or an e-Arşiv invoice?
If you are registered for e-Fatura, you issue an e-Fatura when the buyer's tax or ID number is on GİB's list of registered e-Fatura users, and an e-Arşiv invoice when it is not. The integration runs that check for each order through your e-invoice integrator.
What happens when a marketplace changes its API?
If nobody adapts the integration, it can break: marketplaces update their APIs, request limits and data rules from time to time and retire old versions. We build with queues that stay within those limits, keep errors visible in the panel and follow API changes under a monthly support package.
How long does a marketplace integration take, and what does it cost?
It depends on the number of channels, your product and variant structure and how far the ERP and e-invoice connections go; API approval on some marketplaces also affects the timeline. After a discovery call we give you a clear timeline and a transparent quote, as a fixed project price or a monthly retainer, and you can outline your needs in our project planner first.
