Who manages the day-to-day work of the outsourced team?
Team members work directly under your product managers and team leads on plans and priorities. BernSoftware handles employment, insurance, equipment and HR.
Should we use an outsourced team or hire in-house?
For a permanent, long-term role, hiring your own people may make sense. For a sudden workload, a specific skill or the gap until a hire is made, an outsourced team lets you start quickly without the hiring, training and admin overhead.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We work on monthly or project-based contracts. We agree the minimum term and team size with you based on your needs and put them clearly in the contract.
Where does the team work, and with which tools?
Usually remotely, in your own tools such as Jira, Slack or Teams and GitHub. When it helps, we hold planning and review meetings in person at our office in Maltepe.
How is the cost of a dedicated team set?
We set a monthly fee based on role, seniority and length of engagement. Once your needs are clear, we share a transparent quote.
