Archi AI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how bernsoftware (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in Archi AI: Interior Designer (the “App”) for iOS. It replaces our general Apps Privacy Policy for this App.

1. Summary

  • No account required. You can use the App without signing up or giving us your name.
  • Room photos are used only to create your design. They are sent to our server and an AI provider to generate the result and are not kept by us afterwards.
  • Ad measurement with Meta. The App includes the Meta (Facebook) SDK so we can see which of our ads bring people to the App. The advertising identifier is only shared if you allow tracking when iOS asks.
  • We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Photos you choose

When you create a design, the photo you take or pick, together with the room type, style and color palette or prompt you choose, is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and from there to an AI image provider (Replicate) to generate the redesign. We do not keep the photo or the result on our servers after the result is returned. Designs you save stay on your device.

2.2 Camera and photo library

iOS asks for your permission before the App can use the camera or your photo library. We only access the photo you select and never browse or upload your library.

2.3 Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which receives your purchase and subscription status together with a random App user ID (not your name or email) so the App can unlock Pro features.

2.4 Advertising measurement

The App uses the Meta SDK(Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure our advertising. It records app events such as installs, app opens, trial starts and purchases, linked to a Meta anonymous ID. RevenueCat may also send trial and purchase events to Meta for the same purpose. If you allow tracking in the iOS prompt, the device advertising identifier (IDFA) is also shared, which lets Meta match these events to the ads you saw. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not shared. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

2.5 Diagnostics

We may receive crash reports and aggregate diagnostics to keep the App working.

3. How AI Features Work

Designs are generated by artificial intelligence. Results are concepts for inspiration, may be inaccurate, and are not product, construction or professional advice.

4. Third Parties

  • Apple: App distribution, in-app purchases and the tracking permission prompt.
  • Replicate: AI image generation for your designs.
  • RevenueCat: subscription status and purchase events.
  • Meta Platforms: advertising measurement as described in section 2.4. Meta’s own Privacy Policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

5. Data Retention

Photos sent for processing are not stored on our servers after your result is delivered. Subscription records are kept by RevenueCat and Apple for as long as needed to provide the subscription and meet legal obligations. Advertising events are kept by Meta under its own policy.

6. International Transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), to protect information.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, KVKK or similar laws, such as access, correction, deletion and objection. You can withdraw consent to tracking at any time in iOS Settings. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
